David is the President, and is an owner and has been involved in the daily operations of Ioka Farms since 1968. He is a graduate of Oregon State University, and is active in many agriculture-related organizations, and was a Volunteer Fireman in Silverton for 20 years.

Don is the Production & Operations Manager of Ioka Farms, and directs daily operations of farm production, Christmas trees, and nursery. He is involved in the industry by serving on the Oregon Ryegrass & Fine Fescue Commissions, and the Oregon Seed Council. He has been working full time on the farm since graduating from Oregon State University in 1993 with a Bachelors degree in Agriculture.

Field Crop Production Manager

Doug is the Field Crop Production Manager, and has been involved in the farming operations of Ioka Farms for 27 years. He attended Chemeketa Community College, and has been and is currently involved with the Oregon Fine Fescue Commission, Oregon Seed Council, Oregon Seed Growers League, and the Oregon Ryegrass Commission.

Transport Manager

Michele is the Ioka Transport Manager, and is involved with the bookkeeping and payroll for both Ioka Farms and Adams-Franklin Seedling Nursery. Michele attended Chemeketa Community College and worked for Continental & America West Airlines until 1988, when she returned to working on the farm.

Rita is the Treasurer, and is an owner and has been involved in the bookkeeping for Ioka Farms since 1968. She attended the Oregon College of Education (now Western Oregon University), and has been and is currently involved in many agriculture-related organizations including Oregon Women for Agriculture and the Oregon AgFest.
