Which credit cards do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa & Mastercard.  We also have a PayPal account.  For more

questions about this, send an email to Mindy Duerst, who handles this account. You can pay

with cash, check, or money order.  Invoices can be paid within 30 days of shipment if

arrangements are approved before pick-up or shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped, treated, or 

blended to your specifications.  Call the office as soon as you know that

you need to cancel your order and you will be notified of the status and

ability to order.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?

 

You may return any unopened/undamaged bags of seed for full credit.

Shipping pallets may be returned for 1/2 credit.  Merchandise returned 

without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you 

freight in both directions.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?

 

In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we 

will notify you via phone, postal mail, or email.  We realize this can be 

inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as

appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater selection.

Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery time.  You can wait

for the new delivery date or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to 

shipment

CANCEL your order.  We constantly update our computer system with

new information.  On rare occasions new circumstances come to our 

attention after the placement of your order.  Therefore, we reserve the

right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5 to 10 

days.  Large orders are shipped via common carrier (trucking company)

and may take up to 21 to 28 days to arrive.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?

 

No.  The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via U.P.S., and a 

valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery.  I  We also

cannot deliver to A.P.O.  or F.P.O. addresses

How are shipping charges calculated?

 

Shipping charges vary according to size of order, carrier, and destination.

We offer shipping arrangements as a service to our customers.  We will 

try and find the most cost effective way to get merchandise to you.  If you

feel that the shipping charges are not acceptable, you are free to make

your own arrangements and coordinate those through Ioka.

Most small orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex ( because they offer package

insurance and excellent tracking software ).  Larger orders are generally

shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping rates.  Selected

products offer an express shipping option.  In most cases however, this 

rapid delivery requires an additional fee.
